Terms of Service

These terms form an agreement between you and MyContent.Space when you access the service, create an account, publish a creator page, or follow a creator.

Effective September 6, 2026

1. Eligibility and acceptance

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter this agreement. By signing in, connecting a wallet, creating an account, or using the service, you accept these Terms and acknowledge our Privacy Policy. If you use MyContent.Space for an organisation, you confirm that you have authority to bind it.

2. Accounts and security

You may sign in with a verified email address or supported crypto wallet. You are responsible for access to your email, wallet, devices, and account. Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised. Wallet signatures used for login do not initiate blockchain transactions, but public wallet activity may remain visible on the relevant blockchain.

3. Creator pages and user content

You retain ownership of content you upload. You grant MyContent.Space a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, store, reproduce, resize, display, and deliver that content only as needed to operate, secure, and improve the service and to display the page you choose to publish.

You confirm that you have all necessary rights and permissions for uploaded content, including the informed consent of every identifiable person depicted. You may not upload unlawful content, content involving minors in a sexual context, non-consensual intimate imagery, infringing material, impersonation, malware, or content intended to harass, exploit, or deceive.

4. Public pages and external links

Published creator pages and their selected profile information, media, posts, and social links are public. External platforms have their own terms and privacy practices. MyContent.Space does not control those services or endorse content reached through a creator’s link.

5. AI-assisted features

AI features may suggest profile text or arrange images. Results may be inaccurate or unsuitable. The creator must review and choose whether to use each result; AI output is not published automatically. You must have permission to submit any content sent to an AI feature.

6. Platform rules and moderation

We may investigate reports, restrict visibility, remove content, suspend accounts, or preserve evidence when reasonably necessary to enforce these Terms, protect users, comply with law, or maintain service security. We may require age, identity, or consent verification before enabling features that need it.

7. Paid content and SOL payments

Creators may set prices for private media and provide a Solana wallet for direct payment. Before approving a purchase, fans must review the displayed price and destination wallet in their wallet application. MyContent.Space unlocks purchased media only after its server verifies a confirmed matching transfer on Solana. Blockchain transfers are generally irreversible and network fees may apply.

Monthly access lasts for the displayed 30-day period and does not renew automatically in this version. Creators are responsible for their content, pricing, taxes, and payout wallet accuracy. Refunds, cancellation rights, and other consumer protections continue to apply where required by law.

8. Service changes and availability

The service is under active development. Features may change, become unavailable, or be discontinued. We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation. Keep independent copies of content that is important to you.

9. Disclaimers and liability

To the extent allowed by law, the service is provided “as is” and without implied warranties. MyContent.Space is not responsible for external websites, blockchain networks, wallet providers, or user-generated content. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limits mandatory consumer rights.

10. Ending use

You may stop using the service at any time and may request account deletion. We may suspend or terminate access for material or repeated violations, unlawful use, security risk, or legal requirements. Terms that by their nature should survive termination remain effective.

11. Changes and contact

We may update these Terms as the service changes. Material changes will be identified by a new effective date and, when appropriate, an in-product notice. Questions about these Terms can be sent to legal@mycontent.space.
